I am a freelance graphic designer, an illustrator and a printmaker. I have expertise in diverse traditional skills as well as proficiency in digital arts. I am extremely passionate about graphic design in every way. My graphic design work is clean and thoughtful with special focus on layout and typography. I have always been interested in how design and advertising communication can manipulate the way that people think, especially how typography plays an essential part in the presentation process. Typography is a crucial part of my design; the visual hierarchy, the contrast, the whitespace, the font choice and font size are carefully considered on both a micro and macro level. 

My illustration work goes through a process that enables me to keep my traditional connections strong, while utilising the power of digital. My aim is to inspire those who see my illustrations to look more carefully at the world around them, to notice beauty in unusual places.

My printmaking work is a constant source of experimentation and invention. It requires a lot of dedication and patience to achieve decent prints. I try to provoke the participant to new and perhaps unexplored territories with colour, mark making, space and texture in my prints. During research and production, new areas of ideas arise and lead to the next body of work. While I use a variety of materials and processes in both my design and printmaking work, my methodology is consistent; research, sketches, concepts, development and then create. My prints try to pay tribute to the natural world with the intention of reminding the audience to slow down and reconnect with nature.

I try to connect to my everyday environment by documenting my travels through photography, drawing and illustrations. People, landscapes, and architecture, are a constant source of inspiration.I use the printmaking processes to express and sometimes abstract thoughts and feeling.
